Mossy Oak Releases Advanced Line of Camo

Everyone is talking about the new APX line from Mossy Oak apparrel. APX stands for advanced performance for extremes and the gear seems to live up to that name. They have a nice line of products under the new APX line such as the pinnacle 4 in 1 parka which is waterproof, windproof, and comes in a great new break up pattern.. Features include the vaportech moisture system allowing it to breathe , Torrent APX a great wind and water blocking system, and lots of layers make it a great addition to the Mossy Oak line. One of our favorite Mossy Oak products has always been the Treklite shirt and this APX gear version proves no exception. The shirt's design was based from flat's fly fisherman who needed a light, quick drying, but well made shirt. Mossy Oak has incorporated it's own technology and has created an incredibly quick drying and very lightweight piece of camouflage. This shirt is a great choice to add to your camouflage arsenal and will quickly become one of your favorite choices.

Shadow Grass Pattern Turns Up Wetlands Heat

It's been 8 years since Mossy Oak released the original Shadow Grass that changed the way we thought of a quality wetlands patterns. Mossy Oak last year released an updated version of their classic shadow grass pattern effectively labled New Shadow Grass. They use a computer-enhanced background of red oak bark. overlaid with a subtle bottomland pattern. Mossy oak claims to have carefully selected and placed each blade of grass based on actual field research in our wetlands. They definitely seem to have done their homework as the new patterns add more depth and contrast than ever. We love the intense 3d effect and quality of the patterns are a welcome update. Great job Mossy Oak.

The New Mossy Oak pattern called New Break-Up is creating a stir again with camo lovers. The bark, limbs, and leaves are exteremely realistic. Mossy Oak claims to use advanced computer imagery in creating their patterns and it shows. The bark pattern itself is very authentic and the shadow effects are obvious.
